Procure a French Press. You can make this without one but a French Press certainly makes it easier. These can be found and any cooking supply store, Target or even on-line.

Add boiled water and allow to steep for no longer than 2 minutes. If the tea steeps for longer than 2 minutes it has a tendency to get bitter.

First, pour eight ounces of milk into a blender that is strong enough to crush ice.

Next add once scoop of Banana Crème Muscle Milk powder. You can buy this at most any vitamin shop, or GNC store. I recommend that you purchase it online through Amazon.com or Vitamin Shoppe. You will save 40% to 50% off the retail price.

Now add one scoop of vanilla whey protein powder. I use the store brand from Whole Foods. You can use other brands to substitute but I have found this to be the best tasting.

Add one banana. If you are concerned about carbs you can cut the banana in half.

One option is a table spoon of flax seed oil. Flax seed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which helps fight cancer and improve circulation. Some people refer to it as brain food. It doesn’t affect the taste and actually gives it a richer texture.

Another option is a 1/3 to ½ cup of organic oatmeal. This adds a bit of fiber and slows down the glycemic rate.

Cauliflower Cream with Smoked Salmon Caviar


Ingredients :
For 6 guests:
400 gr of cooked cauliflower
30 cl of dairy cream
15 gr of powdered gelatin
60 gr of smoked salmon eggs
salt, freshly ground pepper
dill

Direction :
Set aside 6 tiny cauliflower tops.
Mix the gelatin with the cream and put it on slow heat while mixing. Put the cream in a blender, add the cauliflower and som salt and pepper and blend for 1 min.
Important: Pour the warm mixture halfway into nice looking glasses or smal bowls and leave these in the regfrigerator for 2 hours. Next, decorate placing some smoked salmon eggs in the middle of each cauliflower cream and some tiny cauliflower tops on the edges of each glass. Sprinkle with some dill.

PS: one of our greatest French cooks had the brilliant idea of combining the taste of the cauliflower with that of caviar. It is simply delicious. You may substitute the salmon eggs with these small black coloured eggs…

Mod de preparare

Se curata calcanul de intestine si bronhii si se fierbe in apa timp de 5 min. Se scoate din apa, se tempereaza si se curata de butoni si piele. Se portioneaza si se tin bucatile in lapte timp de 15 min., se scurg, se sareaza, se dau prin faina si se calesc in unt. Restul de unt se topeste si se amesteca cu zeama de lamaie si se toarna peste bucatile de peste si se presara pe deasupra cu verdeata tocata marunt.
